Spend 4 or 8 days in Iceland and run the Reykjavik marathon. This is a trip that combines seeing the country with achieving a bucket list item of running a marathon in another country. The Iceland Marathon is set for August 2018, exact dates will be published soon. We have 2 itineraries for this trip: 4 & 8 days. The 4 day itinerary has several excursions planned to get acquainted with the country including hanging out in Reykjavik, touring the famous golden circle, soaking in Iceland’s most famous thermal pool, theBlue Lagoonand Skogafoss waterfall. For those that are staying for the entire 8 days, we are featuring many new and less crowded attractions such as the Westman Islands, Vik, Eyjafjallajökull volcano, Akureyri and Lake Myvatn.
This trip also has a massage therapist, Becca Bazzle from Essential Therapy, who will be giving pre and post race massages for all runners. This trip is open to runners and non-runners.
This trip is fully loaded, it includes: all meals, accommodation, excursions & transportation w/in Iceland. It excludes your flight to Iceland & alcohol.
